01 — Discover
We start by understanding you — your project, your budget, your land and the outcome you’re hoping to achieve. This stage allows us to see the full picture before any decisions are made. 

02 — Educate
Once we understand the project, we bring clarity to the process. We guide you through realistic construction costs, potential site risks, the overall building process and the different types of builders available.

03 — Select
With everything aligned, we identify a builder that genuinely suits your project. Before any introduction is made, we speak with the builder directly to ensure the project fits their capabilities, workflow and expectations.

04 — Introduce
Once alignment is confirmed, we make a formal introduction. You meet your builder and make sure the fit is perfect and you are comfortable. The builder receives a full project brief so the first conversation begins with clarity, not guesswork. It’s a very warm introduction rather than a cold enquiry.

05 — Proceed
Once you are happy to move forward with the builder, you pay a deposit to the builder and work directly with them through their normal design, pricing and contract process. At this stage, the decision to move forward is made with clarity, alignment and confidence.

06 — Support
Building a home comes with big moments — and sometimes even bigger decisions. That’s where we stay by your side. We’ll debrief with you after your tender presentation so you fully understand what’s been put in front of you, walk through your plans to ensure everything aligns with your vision, and provide guidance when reviewing contracts so nothing gets missed. And when the time comes to break ground, we’re right there with you — because it’s a milestone worth celebrating.
